How to Measure up?
You will need the width and height of the complete wall you want to cover with one of our murals then add 50mm or 5cm to both the width and the height just in case one of your walls isn’t perfectly straight or the ground runs out slightly then you know you have a little extra to compensate. If you have a wall with higher points or where the wall goes wider in some areas then measure the widest and tallest points, so the largest possible area, you can always trim out the areas you don’t need.
What’s the smallest and largest size I can order?
Our minimum charge is for 3 sqm but you can order a design 1M x 1M right up to 6M w x 3M h in any of our standard designs. If you want a mural larger than this then call us to discuss a bespoke requirement.
Can I order samples
Of course, fill in our contact form letting us know which design or designs (up to 3) you would like to see and we will send them out to you.

Where can I use your wallpaper
On any clean, dry surface, both walls and ceilings are great for wallpaper.
I love one of your design’s, but I can’t get the design to fit my wall – what can you do?
Contact us on hello@inkandi.com , tell us which design you like and the size of your wall and we will try our very best to see if the design can be tweaked to work with your wall.
How do I prep my walls ready for your wallpaper?
Remove any old wallpaper and adhesive, if you have any holes, or dents make sure you fill these with a suitable wall filler and allow to dry for the correct amount of time (refer to manufacturer’s instructions) If you are skimming or plastering a wall please make sure you allow at least 7 days before trying to wallpaper. Check that the wall is dried thoroughly before starting. If you have plastered give the walls a good sand and size with a mixture of PVA glue and water 4 parts water to 1part glue.
Can I use your wallpaper in my bathroom?
Our wallpapers are great in washrooms but don’t fare well in high humidity areas such as shower rooms or main bathrooms. We will be bringing out a range of printed tiles soon so watch out for those! By all means paper wherever you like but just be aware of how long the paper will last in situ.
Can I use your wallpaper outside?
No, our wallpaper products are indoors only, however check back because we will have some great outdoor products coming soon.

How to Pay
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Paypal through our secure payment handling system. We do not store your credit card information.
Refunds & Exchanges
All of our products are custom made for your order and are created to your unique specifications and cannot be returned for a refund unless in the unlikely event there is a fault in the manufacture.
You must check your products as soon as they arrive and in the case of wallpaper, before you start installation, if you do find a flaw in either the print, the joints or the material itself, send photos and your order number to hello@inkandi.com and we will get a replacement to you free of charge.
In all events, the limit of liability for any fault or defect in the product shall be to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods, and Ink&I shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential loss howsoever arising. It is important that the provided instructions are followed to ensure the best results are achieved.
Our Terms and Conditions
Wallpapers purchased on our website are all designed in-house by our team and printed in the UK. All of our prices include VAT at the current rate in the UK. A VAT invoice is supplied with all of our products and will be emailed to the address you register with. For copies of your invoice please email accounts@inkandi.com quoting your unique order number.
Order confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Please do a final check at this point on your sizes and image to check everything is as you expected. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us on hello@inkandi.com immediately. Please save the order confirmation which includes you customer and order number in case you need to contact us. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible.
Shipping method and delivery times
Delivery time: 5-10 working days to the UK.
We deliver directly to your house or business, usually this service is fast and problem free but we are occasionally subject to delays from shipping companies. Please contact us on hello@inkandi.com if you are concerned about delivery timescales.

Returns & Complaints
We want you to be 100% happy with the products you buy from us but if you’re not then we want a chance to put it right. In the first instance please email hello@inkandi.com with your order number and some details of what’s gone wrong. If you’re not satisfied with the response you get from that first email then please email theboss@inkandi.com We are a transparent company, valuing respect all the way through our team you will be looked after from the first phone with one of our call handlers right the way through to the Directors but we understand sometimes you just want to go straight to the top, we are always available.
We will not reimburse customers to cover additional costs that may arise due product damage. We will not reimburse customer costs due to defective products, such as extra work, materials or the like. It is up to the customer to check the product before using or installing our products We do not reimburse for faulty installations.
Use of personal data
Through your registration or order you agree that Ink & I can use information about your purchases as well as the contact information you provide. The data is stored and used to enable us to fulfil our commitment to you and provide you with better service. The data is also used for information and marketing purposes. Unless you submit your objection in writing, we may use your personal information to contact you by email with newsletters, by SMS, email or direct mail.
We treat your personal information with the utmost care and ensure that your customer data is only used by Ink & I. We will not, without your consent, pass on your contact details unless it is required by law, if it is necessary for your order with us or if it is needed to protect the rights and properties of Ink & I.
Payment Security
We offer a secure card payment with all major credit and debit card brands, in collaboration with the payment provider. Ink & I never handle or save any card details.
